Like a bar tab, services billed are deducted from your account on a monthly basis. We tabulate your service usage and subtract it from your discounted credit, keeping you informed through a monthly statement.

Gratuities may be provided in cash to your personal chauffeurs or billed to your account. However, gratuities and other incidentals cannot be billed to your discounted credit, as you would be tipping at a discount.

Any tips, additional charges or services billed to your account and not covered by your discounted credit will be processed to the credit card you have on file with us, ensuring a seamless process.

While gratuities cannot be billed to your discounted credit, they can be added to your monthly billing and charged to the credit card on file. This ensures that gratuities are handled efficiently and conveniently.

You will receive statements for the months’ services are billed to your account. These statements include a status summary, monthly invoice and billing summary. They give you a breakdown of your usage, charges, and remaining discounted credit.

Your account statement includes several key components:

• Previous Balance: The outstanding amount from previous months.
• Available Credit: Your total discounted credit after recent top-ups.
• Services Billed: Charges for drives and other services used within the month.
• Remaining Credit: The amount of discounted credit left at the end of the month.
• Past Gratuities: Any unpaid tips from previous months.
• Current Gratuities: Tips accrued in the current billing period.
• Services Over Credit: Charges that exceed your available credit for the month.
• Total Due: The total sum of services and gratuities owed, which will be charged to your credit card if applicable.
• Cancellation Fee: A fee applied for cancellations or no-shows after dispatch.
• Waiting Time Fee: A charge of $1.00/min is applied after a 10-minute grace period.
• Booking & Service Fees: Additional charges that may apply for specific bookings and services.

Yes, you can request and bill rides or services for your guests to your account. This includes individual bookings as well as group reservations for parties or events.

A Hassle-Free reservation allows you to book a ride in advance, enjoy your outing, and call back when you’re ready for pickup. There are no fees for unused reservations under this option, offering you flexibility and peace of mind.

An Exact-Time reservation ensures your personal chauffeurs arrive at the precise time you want them.

An additional $50.00 booking fee applies to Exact-Time Reservations.

We offer flexible reservation options. If your plans change, you can adjust or cancel your booking without any penalty, ensuring maximum flexibility for your schedule.

While there are no fees for unused reservations, if you need to cancel a ride after our chauffeur has been dispatched, a $25.00 fee is applied for cancellations or no-shows.
