2. Your reservation will always be valid for the entire night because plans change and you may want to leave earlier or later.
3. YOU CALL US back 30- 60 minutes before you’re ready to go to confirm your reservation.
4. Don’t end up needing us? That’s no problem, just don’t call us back. No fees apply for unconfirmed reservations.

4. Reservations for Sundays, Mondays & Holidays must be placed by 9:00 pm, however can be placed for anytime of the night.
5. Additional $50.00 Non Refundable Booking Fee applies to all Exact Time Reservations.

2. Go out when you want, in your own car and enjoy the party.
3. Give us a call when you’re ready to go.
4. A team of personal chauffeurs is dispatched to your location and will arrive within 45 to 60 mins.
5. They’ll call or text you 10- 15 minutes before their arrival to let you know they are close.
6. Your personal chauffeur will drive you home in your car while their partner follows to pick them back up again.

• Reservations are required; we take a limited number to guarantee service to those that plan ahead.
• Easily get a quote for your drive home before you book.
• New Year’s Eve reservations are subject to a $65.00 booking fee.
• Reservations can be cancelled with no fee until December 30th at 12:00 pm.
• After December 30th at 12:00 pm, reservations are non-refundable and will be billed at full price.
• After your personal chauffeur arrives, you have a 10-minute waiting period to meet your personal chauffeur, after which a $2.00 per minute waiting fee applies until you are ready to go.

Reservations made for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day are subject to a $35.00 Booking Fee.
